Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 14 days and you may return any unopened items (except non-returnable items listed below*) provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. A store credit will be issued for returned items less shipping charges/costs, applied discounts and/or free gifts. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.

NOTE: All international sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted including due to customs delays, holds, unclaimed packages or Import Fees beyond our control. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original order purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

To be eligible for a return, send us an email at info(at)naturallybetterco.com.sg with your invoice number, reason for return and contact information (name, telephone number, email). Our Customer Care Team will be in touch with you within 3 working days.

All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, used, opened or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase date
  • Due to hygiene reasons, unsealed items including but not limited to makeup, mascaras, lip balms, deodorants, nail polishes, skincare, etc.
  • Perishable goods such as food items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

      Refund as Store Credit (if applicable)

      Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as store credit. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

      If you are approved, then your refund will be automatically processed as a store credit for your future purchases.

      Sale items (if applicable)

      Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

      Shipping

      Our Customer Care Team will be in touch with you to advise the next steps once the eligibility of your return has been confirmed. 

      You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The Naturally Better Company Pte Ltd is not responsible for any returned items damaged or lost in transit. If you are shipping an item over S$100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
