SINGAPORE

We deliver FREE within Singapore with a minimum order value over S$100 (up to 1kg).  

All orders are shipped by SingPost Mail with tracking number and will be placed in your mailbox. If your mailbox is full, SingPost will leave a collection slip for you to pick up the package at your nearest post office. Please call SingPost's 24/7 Customer Care Hotline at 1605 or visit their website to track your shipment.

On occasion, orders may be shipped by Door-to-Door Courier*.
*For Door-to-Door Courier service, the delivery date & time will be sent by SMS notification to the contact number in the order. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date & time (additional shipping charges apply if orders require redelivery or redirection after first delivery attempt).

            INTERNATIONAL

            Orders are shipped via Door-to-Door Courier with tracking number. Please read the Important Note for International Orders below prior to ordering.

            We deliver to Malaysia with a shipping fee of $30 (up to 1kg).
            NOTE: For orders weighing above 1kg, an International Shipping Quote will be emailed to you for approval when your order is received. We will not process any payment for the goods until you have approved the shipping quote.

            Items in your order that are designated for International Shipment are subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The purchaser/recipient of the order is responsible for all Import Fees and custom clearance procedures & regulations in the destination country. Customs clearance procedures at the destination country may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
            Title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the order purchaser/recipient upon delivery of the order to the common shipping carrier in Singapore. This means that as the purchaser/recipient, you are responsible for and are considered the owner of the package including tracking and tracing your package once it is tendered to the shipping carrier.
            All international sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted including due to customs delays, holds, unclaimed packages or Import Fees beyond our control. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original order purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
            Currently we are unable to ship to certain countries with restrictions on the importation of cosmetics. Please email orders(at)naturallybetterco.com.sg if you have any questions or need further clarifications.
            For more information on your country's Import Fees and Regulations, please contact your local customs office for further information.

            Due to different restrictions by each country's import policies, flammable beauty products (including nail polishes, hand sanitisers, etc.) are blocked from international shipping options at this time.

            DESPATCH PROCESS

            Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Orders received on a non-working day are processed the next working day.

            If there is any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you right away via email or telephone.

            Pre-order items are shipped to you once the item is in stock. If there are other items in your order, they will be shipped to you together with the pre-order items. Please contact us if you would prefer to ship the pre-order items separately and release your current order for immediate shipment. Alternatively, you can also place the pre-order items in a separate order from your current order.

            As part of our green commitment, your order will be shipped in recycled or reused shipping boxes and packing materials.

            Please ensure your address and phone number is completed correctly upon placing your order. We do not take responsibility for any lost or undelivered items if the address is incorrect. A new delivery will not be processed until the original order is delivered back to us and you will have to bear the cost of returning the package to our office and/or additional shipping charges for a new delivery.
