SINGAPORE

We deliver FREE within Singapore with a minimum order value over S$100. 

Orders are shipped via Door-to-Door Courier or Registered Mail with tracking number. Our Customer Service Team will contact you to confirm delivery date & time when orders are shipped by Courier (additional shipping charges apply if orders require redelivery or redirection after first delivery attempt).

You may also Self-Collect your orders at our Millenia Walk boutique. Please select 'Self-Collect at Boutique' as the Shipping Method when you check-out the order. Please allow at least 1 working day for orders to be processed and our Customer Service Team will contact you once your order is ready for collection. (Note: due to system requirements, billing and shipping details must be entered to process the order, however we will not activate delivery.)

            Orders are shipped via Door-to-Door Courier with tracking number.
            MALAYSIA
            • Orders up to 1kg:
            Door-to-Door Courier Fee = S$15.00
            • Orders above 1kg:
            An International Shipping Quote will be emailed to you for approval when your order is received. We will not process any payment for the goods until you have approved the shipping quote.

            REST OF THE WORLD

            Please note: Items in your order that are designated for International Shipment are subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The purchaser/recipient of the order is responsible for all Import Fees and custom clearance procedures & regulations in the destination country.

            When orders are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures at the destination country which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 
            Title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the order purchaser/recipient upon delivery of the order to the common shipping carrier in Singapore. This means that as the purchaser/recipient, you are responsible for and are considered the owner of the package including tracking and tracing your package once it is tendered to the shipping carrier.
            If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. No refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holds, or Import Fees beyond our control.

            DESPATCH PROCESS

            Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Orders received on a non-working day are processed the next working day.

            If there is any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you right away via email or telephone.

            Pre-order items are shipped to you once the item is in stock. If there are other items in your order, they will be shipped to you together with the pre-order items. Please contact us if you would prefer to ship the pre-order items separately and release your current order for immediate shipment. Alternatively, you can also place the pre-order items in a separate order from your current order.

            As part of our green commitment, your order will be shipped in recycled or reused shipping boxes and packing materials whenever possible.

            Please ensure your address and phone number is completed correctly upon placing your order. We do not take responsibility for any lost or undelivered items if the address is incorrect. A new delivery will not be processed until the original order is delivered back to us and you will have to bear the cost of returning the package to our office and/or additional shipping charges for a new delivery.
